MILWAUKEE (WKOW) — Authorities have issued an AMBER Alert for a missing 2-year-old girl from Milwaukee.
They say Noelani Robinson went missing Monday from Milwaukee.
Authorities believe she is with suspect 33-year-old Dariaz Higgins, also known as Dariaz Lewis or Dariaz Taylor. They say Higgins did not return Robinson to her mother as planned Monday afternoon.
He was last seen driving a 2014 black Cadillac SUV with Florida license plate HVCZ95.
Dariaz is armed and dangerous.
Authorities say if you see him or the child, call 911 immediately. They say you should not try to make contact with the child or suspect.
