So here, i find it a little funny (apologies), but some kid started putting needles in strawberries and some guy went to hospital because something was ruptured inside. but it went viral.

they blazed it all over the news and the store selling those strawberries stopped stocking strawberries and sewing needles altogether. all these people who saw the news started copying his idea, and now i'm thinking of becoming devoted to chocolate instead of fruit.

just kidding, don't be too alarmed. it is a very small chance that there'll be a needle in your fruit. just be a little cautious, that's all. i don't really know who's side to be on, because on the other hand, hundreds of strawberries are being carelessly dumped into the forest. are you kidding me? what a waste.

i know that the safety of the public comes first, but is there another solution instead of wasting hundreds of uncontaminated fruit?

I have heard of this. I believe this is in Australia? I could be wrong though do not take my word for it.

Dumping strawberries in the forest isnt a waste, it creates new plants and room for wildlife. Its nothing new, its been done for years.

I'm paranoid now. Yeah, I'm checking the fruit I eat.
