"Victoria's Opposition Leader Matthew Guy has vowed to crack down on youth crime by preventing teens with no criminal records from mixing with known gang members.
The plan will be announced at the Victorian Liberal Party's annual meeting today.
The Herald Sun reports police will be able to issue 'notice orders' to those who they believe are in danger of being influenced by youth gangs, and those who disobey the law could face jail time."
