It'd be a New/ Second Cold War because the main leaders are Russia & USA from different perspectives. If it were a WWIII, all of them would be allies towards another perspective.

But if there were more websites or procedures that we could share & fill in the blanks for what we may know halfly or may not know at all, that could help more people get safe & let us know how to act & prevent or create rutines that might help us when something bad happens (I hope it doesn't go beyond the lines).
