as of 8/9/17 at 7:45 in the morning Eastern Standard time, a man was found dead on the Penn line. The Penn line is a commuter rail line in the mid Atlantic USA running between Baltimore and Washington DC. It is almost exclusively used by MARC (look it up) and Amtrak. At Odenton station several meters away from the southbound platform, an as of yet unknown person was hit by a train and killed. Police where on the seen quickly and the line was shut down for investigation. Many commuters have started there day at this point and have there vehicles at the station, unable to get to them. would be passengers where turned away do to the close.
The person is believed to be a regular passenger of the southbound train to DC. No indication as of this writing if it is a accident or a sui/homicide.
