From what I understood when reading this, which might be waaay wrong, I think that this will probably fail. It seems like a rating scale based on subjectivity and assumption. Just looking at the example of the person buying diapers, a simple purchase means nothing about responsibility. Idk. I think that this is just something that the gov is using to try and get people to act better and care about how society views them.

IDK, just seems like its gonna be used as more of a surveillance thing than actually for providing everyone on this system a rating just for credit.

Pretty sketchy in theory. It takes the concept of consumer credit in a very dark direction. It's very Orwellian
