I saw one of the clowns near a park where I live. I was on my way home from work and I wanted to get down and beat the hell outta it but my sister wouldn't let me get down. The police are worried that the people will "take this matter into their own hands". Don't know why they're scared of that, since it should be handled soon;;; before Halloween.

There have been sightings in the Dallas, TX area as well. From what I've noticed these clowns are usually hanging out around schools, which makes me really uneasy for the safety of kids- and well, people in general. Does anyone know why people are doing this? I can't seem to find answers; it's all really mysterious. I can't help but wonder if people are dressing up as clowns just to scare random strangers or if it's some sort of organization with a mission..
