Dog owners in Iran weep as their beloved pets are taken under the pretense of vaccination, never to be seen again.
The prosecutor allegedly implies that dogs are part of the "unclean" and "unislamic" Western culture and need to be dealt with appropriately.
Islamic police also often fine people walking with their dogs.

Prophet Mohammad said :" a man saw a thirsty dog so he took off his shoes and filled it with water and gave it for the dog and the dog drank it ", the man entered heaven because of that .

I don't know much about religion but to me, it just seems slightly ridiculous that the government is taking people dogs for the reason that they are "western." If the verse >>2 is correct [I wouldn't know, I am atheist. My apologies if I am coming off rude ] at the men who designed whatever order this is, to take people's pet away, wouldn't go to heaven. Which is basically the end goal, correct? But as I said, to me it just seems ridculous and strange. But I do hope that the innocent people will be reunited with their pets or at the very least allowed to own dogs once again.
