So, I was browsing the web a while ago, and came across this article:

Lee Kaplan was found living with 12 girls, ranging from 6months old to 18, officials say.
This gut is 51 years old, facing multiple charges, including statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and aggravated indecent assault.
Authorities have been searching the home of a Pennsylvania man accused of sexually assaulting a teenager whose parents, police say, gave her to him when she was 14 because he helped them financially. She was one of a dozen girls living in the residence.
In my opinion, his is sick!
People are just so.....I don't know how to describe 'em.

It makes me sad to that these cases are so common. The fact that women are mistreated for the lone fact that they're female is disgusting. I had to agree with >>4, women, for centuries and centuries have been mistreated and used by the male population without a single care. Long before women could even vote, they were only thought as "things" to populuate the world with and not even on the same level as men but more on the level of (back then) slaves. It truly is a disgusting thing to think about. As >>1 said, Lee Kaplan is sick but their parents are equality as bad as they thought of their own child as nothing more than an object that can be handed out.

The main thing that annoys me about this is how females are being treated, they get treated like objects in these cases, and in general there are a lot of people who treat them like objects, and it is wrong. But what annoys me the most is that there's not been much to fix that, and even in today's society it's generally excepted as normal. Even the protests don't help much because normally the government ignores them or just plain don't care, they get paid less than males and ate judged more by society.
