So this is an older case that has sparked back up in the news, it happen at some point in 2014, but it was still ongoing today.
A cop pulled someone over and when the man left the vehicle, who didn't do anything wrong, he was tased by the officer for 23seconds, and if it wasn't enough, then dragged and dropped face first into the curb of the street. The citizen now faces life time damage.

That is horrible. I swear it may just be me but the cops are out of control they are suposed to SAVE and keep people SAFE but they are killing them. I will be watching the news hearing the stories then be like the picture shown.

There's plenty of police abuse, but in fairness the US has far less than many other countries (in most of central America "papers please" is a demand for a bribe). At least in the US, there's no truth to the slogan "to protect & serve"; in Warren v. District of Columbia the DC Court of Appeals even ruled that the police have no particular obligation to protect you or your property even if they're on site to do so.
