Japan's nuclear watchdog has now declared the leak of radioactive water from Fukushima a "state of emergency." Each day, 300 tons of radioactive water seeps into the ocean, and it's now clear that TEPCO has engage in a two-and-a-half-year cover-up of immense magnitude.

"I believe it's been leaking into the ocean from the start of the crisis two-and-a-half years ago," disclosed a 12-year TEPCO veteran named Suzuki-san (SOURCE)

"There are still reactor buildings we haven't gotten into yet," said another worker named Fujimoto-san. "So there's always the possibility of another explosion..."

>>3 There is another Article on that I remember. And to answer your question, YES it is affecting them unfortunately.

This is really disturbing, imagine if this goes on in the next couple of years. And the possibility of affecting the whole ocean is not so far, what would become of us, those who depend on the ocean for food, all the living organisms in the Ocean dying, WHALES are dying!

I tried thinking about it, but cannot really come up with something concrete.. I mean, how can you eradicate Nuclear Contamination?

I don't know -_-

>>4 It does not say however that outdated news is not allowed. Am I correct? or did I missed something?

jfc, there are a ton of bots in the comments of that article. It seems like a really... specific topic to program bots around dismissing, though. Weird.

the comment with about bots reminded me that in the wake of the bp oil spill i think i read something that said they created mini bots to release into the ocean to clean up the oil. Maybe they could do something like that for this.

What do you guys think.
we could always just vacuum the water up and clean it right XP
