A girl was decapitated by a 33y.o man in a train station broad daylight....... RIGHT BESIDE HER MOTHER...... I mean, what the hell?? Apparently he was previously admitted in a psychiatric hospital... Sad....

The death sentence is a very controversial thing, though. In my opinion, if someone takes someone else's life (their right to live, if you will), then they deserve the same taken from them. Of course, the legal executioner or whoever is killing them for the law would be exempt from this, but otherwise, that's my opinion on it.

Plus I think the death penalty is such an easy way out for these people. They don't get to die peacefully, no, not after taking someone's life and ruining the lives of others. They should live, and suffer for what they did, in prison for life, and not in the freaking cozy prisons they have here in North America. Make their life hell, so that they'd wish they were dead instead (my my, my sadistic side has come out).

Oh come on, you two. middle schoolers can come up with more horrible punishments.
For example: tossing him naked into a pit full of spiders (or roaches, or whatever) for sleep time.
Then you can give him food for pigs and then proceed to other gruesome physical torture.
