I find this realy stupid... If you cant see what the image says,

North Korea have fired short range missiles into the Sea of Japan in what will be seen as a major show of force to their neighbours.

The threat, which could potentially launch conflict between the two nations, comes after the UN voted for harsher sanctions against the rogue nation, approved by member state Japan.

The Security Council unanimously passed a resolution imposing new sanctions after seven weeks of arduous negotiations between the United States and China, Pyongyang's sole ally.

As i can only speculate;
it wasn't in "to the sea"... never forget that there are "other" things travelling in the sea, not only "animals" live there :)
Suppose by a small chance it was a rogue or perhaps Stealth submarine or some other thing , a underground stationary station, countless possibilities as u can imagine...do you believe they would report it in the news? the worst will be the consequences of this missile, the follow ups :(

Well i could be wrong and my mind just went a step higher than what is reality :D

Hmmmm. Maybe there's a military base located somewhere in that area that they are targeting considering the fact that there are hidden bases located around the planet.

Sigh*

If only Japan would hurry up and get the idea from their own shows to invent these...

http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Neutron_Jammer

Seriously...they need something to make the Nuke a 'useless' weapon at this point in history. (Not to mention using one would make cleanups in areas like Chernobyl and Fukushima Daiichi...being able to kill the radiation in weeks would be VERY useful for cleanup.)

If they deployed a handful of these things around North Korea,it would be like neutering a unruly pet.

(Its on a list of things that need to be invented already including Fusion Cells and Nanomachines.)

This is getting more insane. I think we should make a move for that issue. Do you have any idea guys?

>>6 as cool as it would be to have real life mecha doing off fighting for us, I doubt something like that would happen in our life time. The development of our technology is fast but I doubt it is fast enough to be built before North Korea decides to fire that H-Bomb
>>7 Most of us who are on this website are nothing more than citizens, yeah, as a group we can do some amazing things, but going against a hostile country that may or may not have H-Bombs wouldn't solve anything but instead possible make things worst. Many countries have already tried to get North Korea to stop the building on nuclear weapons and even gone as far as punishing the country but obviously it hasn't worked since N.Korea is saying that they are building the bombs to keep America from invading them, yet there is no one attempting to do so, unless we can all figure out a way to end war and create peace world wide, I doubt us fixing the problem is ever going to happen. Sorry if I sound like a downer but it's sadly the truth.

Apparently stuff like this has been going on since 2013. I haven't heard anything major, especially about any hitting Japan recently, but who knows. I don't think it would be in our favour if anyone tries anything drastic, like trying to proclaim war against a nation built on war. Not that I think anyone would be crazy enough to do that without the right resources, of course.
I suppose we just have to sit back and see what happens, especially since there's hardly anything us normal citizens can do at the moment.

>>9 the development of mecha's and such? That's interesting. And yeah, citizens getting in the way it miltary operations wouldn't be a good thing.

I remembered how one of the One Piece episode was cancelled due to their missile flying in Japan's air space... It caused quite an uproar for One Piece fans

>>10 lol no, I wish. The missiles being launched by North Korea. They've been shooting them at the sea for some time now, but like I said, I haven't heard anything as major as them hitting actual countries or anything.

>>12 Awe, sad face, and yeah, I've heard the same, but I doubt with all this news on them they plan on firing something like an H-Bomb at another country, and if they were to do that it would be a stupid idea on their part.

14 Name: 0013Starri : 2016-03-09 16:54 ID:o34JTWFf [Del]

>>13 Lol I wish, too. But yeah, I doubt they will. There would be MAJOR shit to pay if something like that happened.

>>14 Maybe in the year 2116? But yeah, Japan would most likely have some seriously bad after effect even if they create something as powerful and large as a mecha of some sort, it probably won't happen in our life time since Japan is just now making working IA robots, we have a lot way to go before we can have robots as weapons rather than bullets.

16 Name: 0013Starri : 2016-03-10 18:04 ID:O9B7Zm4a [Del]

>>15 hahaha maybe? I wish it would happen sooner than that, though. We really need mechs and epic fights in space lol

17 Name: Hikari !0UZD1OR/j. : 2016-03-10 19:55 ID:4A8ridb9 [Del]

>>16 Nuuu not the fights in space! What if they come down to attack! Earth is not readyyy.

Why would North Korea try to bomb Japan?
What could be there conflict?

19 Name: Hikari !0UZD1OR/j. : 2016-03-11 07:31 ID:4A8ridb9 [Del]

<<18 they most likely wont bomb Japan but instead America, they said the bombs are to protect them from America so somewhere in the America will most likely be there target.

I think the missile being shot in the sea toward Japan was like one of those "I'm not touching you" things as you wave your hand in someones face you know? And i think its more of a temper tantrum and an act of defiance. As in were still gonna go ahead with out nuclear program

Are those people in North Korea nuts? Seriously, what the hell are they trying to prove with this?
