In a small town in Washington state, an arsonist has set 2 dumpers on fire, and eventually put flammable debris against the wall of a thrift store on fire. The store's purpose is to help others and provide job training and education for free. Authorities are asking for help in identifying this person. No one has been hurt, the fires happened at roughly 5 am for 3 consecutive days.

Here's what we know, the arsonist seems to be targeting places that seem to help others. A thrift store who has a job training and education program was struck three times, a preschool, the fourth is not mentioned. However he has been lighting garbage cans on fire between 3-5 am. There is a very fuzzy surveillance camera footage of a dark figure walking by before a fire is scene.
