Common beliefs and moral values are reflected in the system, so if you want to change the system, you have to change the overall beliefs themselves. No offense, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

When the U.S. was funded, it's leaders were perfectly fine with the genocide of indigenous groups and enslavement of Africans. Those roots show themselves today with how we treat those two groups as well as other communities of color.
