Ben Rose, a man who was enjoying the comfort of his home by playing Fallout 4 was suddenly hit by a car. The driver backed into a fence, and proceeded to "floor it", going through another apartment before crashing into the room Ben was in. It's presumed if not for the chair he was in he would have sustained worse injuries. The driver was not insured and his medical insurance won't cover him for even a walker or a wheelchair due to high deductibles.
