Becoming an Informant has been my dream career. It is true that precautions are to be taken and that it's something you shouldn't take so lightly. Especially if you plan to be an informant for criminals.

Apparently it actually does pay pretty well depending on your ability to do research. It takes a lot of effort though and if you're really good and well known, then free time could be scarce. Of course it's your own business, you can set your own time, etc.
