La privación ilegal de la libertad de los finados tuvo lugar el pasado 04 de septiembre, luego de haber salido de su domicilio en Tamaulipas; posteriormente, fueron encontrados sin vida en el ejido El Chachalaco, del municipio de Pueblo Viejo.
Las primeras investigaciones basadas en pruebas periciales forenses, indican que los cuerpos presentaban traumatismo craneoencefálico y que llevaban varios días sin vida.
Asimismo, se ubicó un vehículo automotor presuntamente utilizado por los autores del ilícito, que porta placas de Tamaulipas y que es sujeto a la aplicación de pruebas científicas que aporten alguna información.
Será a través de la precisa coordinación de esfuerzos y de la aplicación de protocolos de investigación, como las instancias continuarán con las diligencias hasta lograr esclarecer los hechos, para lo cual, la FGE mantiene una política de cooperación con las autoridades federales y estatales de Tamaulipas.
