After much tensions between Indonesian and Australian government bodies, the two people Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran have finally been executed last night. There has been a surge of anger across both nations with ties between the two being very shaky.
"What do you think is going to happen to the Aus/Indo bond?"
Nothing, or at least in a few weeks/months everything will be back to normal.
This diplomatic incident is very small regarding the nowadays economical interdependency and competition between the countries in Asia/Oceania, no further clash is likely to happen in the upcoming months, and Australia has no charismatic leader such as France's Charles de Gaulle.

Right now, Australia is kind of having internal conflicts. The government and coalition fighting. The coalition is using the death's of the Bali 9 duo to take a pick at the police department and the government's way of handling this.
I also doubt much will happen between Indonesia and Australia, because Australia has withdrawn their ambassador back to Australia, so not much contact will happen.
The role of every nation should be to protect its citizens, that's why the killing of two nationals by a foreign government is very badly lived.
However, Indonesia is within its rights in this case. Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran have accepted the risks, when they began dealing drugs in a country that was not their country, and which is above all Indonesia.
Seriously, could you need money, would you play with the Mexican drug cartels ? Here, that's the same situation, they were seeking for problems.
