While I agree that there shouldn't be anything to worry about, you can't discredit Fox News as a legitimate source. In any formal debate, an opponent cannot negate your source by saying "it's fox news, so it's not credible." That's how you lose a debate. While Fox News has some characters that are rather radical and opinionated, the new that they report on at any other time can only be seen as a serious, credible source.
A few bad apples don't spoil the bunch.
(I write this from the perspective of someone who prefers BBC World News. Any news source of such big a name is credible.)
