>>1 Thanks for posting this, by the way. I rarely ever listen to trial hearings, but it just might be worth it this time around. How stupid and guilt ridden must this poor motherfucker be. If memory serves, it was more his brother that had the plans and the delusions, and possible mental illnesses. But I think the younger brother just got roped into it.

What is your opinion about this case? Do you think Tsarnaev is himself a victim of radicalism from Muslim terror group, or he has the blame to take, because he doesn't think what were the consequences of his crimes?

My opinion is this: He is very clever and went even to the MIT how I renember. Tsarnaev should can so think rational. He is a typical victim of such groups, which search people which are outsider in the society. It is his own fault, that's what I think. It gives country, where you can get a second chance. But in the USA where it gives still the death penalty, you get rarely a second chance. I hope he gets a lifelong prison sentence, because I don't believe that the death penalty makes this world better. But this is an opinion of somebody, who lives in a country without the death penalty.

However, what is you opinion?

>>3 Hey... Not every damn state uses the death penalty.
And no terrorist deserves a second chance. They fucked up if they didn't kill themselves by the time we got ahold of them.
