NessZ here,

I live in ********* and well all of us in the world know that ********* isn't a news hurricane, but anyway I just want to rant how ridiculous this event is. Although it is small, no one will report it or even know about it. Some things are unfair and unjust, but who is there to blame? Many will point fingers and state that they are guilty.

Recently, an elderly woman was sleeping in the comfort of her own home, living not just by herself but with her small dog. A teenage boy snuck into the house to attempt theft but was stunned to see the elderly woman and her pet dog. The teenager fled from the scene but as he fled from the house, he was struck down by an oncoming car. What really shocks me is that the teenagers' family are currently suing the elderly woman for the death of their son. The family, not just the parents were blaming the woman for killing their son and are outraged that the situation could be prevented. The driver on the other hand is traumatised, but acknowledgment of their part is unknown at this stage.

I thought to myself, it could have been prevented.
Proper educating the rights and wrongs of raising children thats what. How could the teenager roam around freely in the dead of night!

I am sorry to say that I cannot find any articles relating and even though it is a small case, it shouldn't be silenced, but I guess the reason it is confidential is because maybe there isn't a case for the courts.

NessZ logging out.

That is a sad story but i know why the parents are being stupid 1:there son is dead 2:the person driving the car was nervous that if the parents found out he was the reason that he would go to jail (he/she is so stupid even if i was the one driving i would have either stopped as soon as i saw the boy running out of the house or i would have told someone that way the guilt wont be the thing that kills me!!!!)Sorry got carried away but really whats going on these days damn! Some people:sheesh

NessZ, if you could keep us posted, that'd be great. I'm going to be really upset if courts go in favour of the parents. Those parents should be mourning their child and focusing on improving their upbringing on their other children (if they have any), not suing old people. That's just awful. From the way you explained the story though, I'd blame the kid, and only the kid.
