A school has just become a target of an extremist attack in the city of Peshawar in Pakistan killing at least 130 children with the toll reaching 141.
One of the survivors, a boy named Shahrukh Khan aged 16, recalls how a number of men invaded there school and began shooting all the students they could find leaving no place for them to hide. He was shot in both legs but was one of the lucky ones who survived as he had no choice but to play dead, wondering when death would approach him. More information can be found in this news link:
A speculation that I saw was the reason this attack occured is because it was an army school. It was used as revenge on those who murdered children of the taliban so the army could feel what they feel
I don't really have any evidence or a link to this information, but someone very close to the region over there told me that it wasn't exactly the Taliban, but an Iranian extremist group that attacked the school. I'm not sure whether they're linked to the Taliban or just had the name branded on this incident.
Either way it's still extremely sad to see children get caught in these type of revenge affairs.
the peshawar case was actually the taliban attacking the children of military officials because the the army was doing stuff they believed was against the taliban and thus against their ideal nation nonetheless, it's a horrible thing to do
>>9 I agree with you there. I heard a little while ago that a revenge attack was carried out on these murderers. I know it's the best they can do but I'm guessing a chain of these revenge attack will keep carrying on at this rate.
The Pakistanian people can ask for protection from their neighbouring allies or people could send resources to the school and areas that are most likely to get attacked
