No way, not North Korea, there would be more information on this if that was the case, plus, what reason would South Korea have to go agains North Korea? I know that North Korea is a third world country, but that doesn't really effect South Korea does it?
On here you need actual sources else you're not allowed to just post "supposed news" as if it's actually news worthy no matter if you're PROTECTING someone's privacy. If it's just one person saying it's happening, their word is not a source.
