So apparently Michigan passes the "License to Discriminate" Bill.

What does it do? It breaks fucking logic.

According to this bill, emergency medical professionals are allowed to refuse to treat people in a crisis because you're gay.

What does that mean? If you're gay and have a heart attack in Michigan, they don't have to treat you. They can sit there and do nothing while you die, all because you're gay.

How does it break logic? Because if you sit by and let someone get killed and you do nothing, you're guilty.

If you sit by and watch sexual assault or abuse happen, you're guilty.

If you don't step forward when someone is being bullied, you're guilty.

But GOD FORBID you actually SAVE SOMEONE'S LIFE! Because if you refuse to save someone's life life for being gay, YOU'RE INNOCENT!

Also, I'd like to point out these facts.

If you refused to treat someone because of their race, you'd get your ass sued off and they'd win.

If you refused to treat someone because they were a girl, you'd get their ass sued off and they'd win.

If you refused to treat someone because they were disabled, you'd get your ass sued off and they'd win.

Hell, if you refused to treat someone for being ugly, you'd probably get fired at the very least, at most you'd get your ass sued off and they'd win.

But, if you don't treat them because they're gay? That's perfectly fine according to them! Might as well grab your shot gun and kill them while you're at it!

What? That's illegal? YOU'RE KILLING THEM EITHER WAY!

If you refused to treat someone for any reason, you'd get your ass fired and your ass sued off, unless they're gay. Obviously because gay people are evil assholes -sarcasm-.

I read the older news on that... Yea its really odd and stupid the law, but at least bill didn't support the idea of killing all the gay to end aids before Christmas in Michigan...

God there starting a hitlarian movement by inciting that the gay are a treat. They are not harmless people (if they can fight), but its pretty much the start of a genocide and they are all gone flee from MI like the Jews fled Germany.

So what, are all the religious zealot doctors abandoning their Hippocratic fucking Oaths? Part 6 of the modern American oath:

So they're apparently now declaring it legal for doctors to invade their patient's privacy by inquiring or assuming their sexuality, legal to toss aside their responsibility of humbly overseeing matters of life and death, and legal to play God by choosing who they think is and isn't worthy of receiving treatment.

That's totally against what doctors and nurses ethically stand for, regardless of their religion. Are they seriously going to enforce this on health and safety services as well? I don't see how that could ever fly.

What bullshit. I mean how do they intend to _clearly_ decide someone's sexuality? It's not like that's written in your driver's licence. It's private information for which you have the right to decide if you want to make public or not. Or is this going to go like in the dark age? With finger pointing at alledged gay people, as if it was some kind of witch-hunt?

"- Are you willing to testify that, Sir? Jim! We've got proof he's gay! Leave him to the mercy of his liver-sarcoma!" (sarcasm intended)
And what about bisexual people? And shemales? As which type of person do they count? Will they be sometimes treated, sometimes not?

This bill will eventually get nullified as time goes on. Most of the bills like this that are so big, but just state side normally don't last too long.
