Hey guys,
I know probably most of you have seen this video, but i just thought i'd share it with you.. I want to know your thoughts about Emma Watson's speech and gender equality in your countries :) In my country, women do have many rights and even though it's a 3rd rated country, men and women are equally paid. But people still have this idea that the woman even if she works, she still belongs in the kitchen, and her voice is not not being heared.. I think Emma is really one of the strongest women, & i truly salute her for her courage and her amazing speech :)

I agree, I'm all for Gender Equality. I want my children and students to one day live in a world where no one is judged based on race, beliefe, sexuality, gender, or anything but their actions and character. I think it'll take a long time for humanity to find that world though.

gender equality isn't going to happen either a guy is suppressing women and their rights or a women is spewing insane feminazi garbage like having men castrated or killing men off in a genocide. the sane men and women aren't payed attention too because the media doesn't deem them interesting so the better solutions are barley ever heard

I'm honestly moved by what she said. It takes a lot of courage to stand up and say "I'm a feminist" in today's society. Her cause is also great, everyone deserves equality.
