Armed men raided an Ebola Clinic in West Point, Libera, "freeing" the patients and taking many items that can lead to infections, such as bloody clothes and sheets from ill patients.

An Ebola outbreak might happen but there's still no plan to quarantine West Point.

I just don't understand the motive. "I don't like these foreigners/the government, so I'm going to let a deadly disease spread unhindered! That'll show 'em!"
