What a bunch of fools. So what if it's not English. Not everyone speaks that, so there is no need to be a gay little douchebag about it.

>>6 It doesn't matter what language you speak offline, but this is an English website. You're just going to get ignored or flamed if you speak in another language here. If you want to speak Spanish or German or Whateveran, then go to a website that uses that language or provide a translation below your post.

That's standard, polite forum etiquette. If you're not going to follow that, then of course people are going to be douchebags about it.

Also, news requires a link to an article of a reputable source to be taken seriously in this board. Most threads without them get bumped down or saged pretty quickly.

Like Barabi said, this wouldn't be news if it was in English, too.

All it is is somebody asking others around Naples if they also felt an earthquake. Not news. Might have been news if they had posted links, but they didn't.

>>5 So sorry for the mistake.
We were asking ourselves if we were all okay and if the structures were highly damaged, like >>8 pointed out, sorry if it isn't a valuable enough thread to be posted in News and if it isn't in English: we were just concerned about our safety, nothing else.
May i ask where we could post this kind of thread if something like that happens again? Don't want to make the same mistake twice.

>>10 That depends on what you want to post. If you just want to ask if anyone felt an earthquake, then just comment in the Random Thought Thread, make a chat about it, or ask on the thread near you in the Countries board. But if you want to share what happened with all of the Dollars, then find something online that proves what you're talking about for those who don't live near you (a video, an article, etc.) and link it at the bottom of a decent-length, English post about it. The post should speak from an outsider's perspective of what happened rather than just you asking if anyone experienced the same thing.
