R.I.P Paul walker :(

Posts like this make me want to say things like, "Fuck Paul Walker" because thousands of people die of car accidents every single day and nobody bothers to RIP them, now do they? If you're not going to RIP everyone who dies in a car accident, then you shouldn't be RIPing anyone who dies in a car accident. You shouldn't give someone extra-special rights to respect or notability just because they're rich or famous. What makes Paul Walker so special, eh? He was an actor? He was famous? Big fuckin' whoop. There's absolutely no reason to be an ignorant fuckshit in the face of all other motor-accident victims just because ONE guy who's name was spoon-fed to the public keeled over.

Walker was heading home after a charity event for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan when the crash happened, if that's worth anything.

What have you got against the guy? Oh, he's famous and someone feels bad for his death. Does him being famous suddenly make his death invalid to you? He's still dead either way. I'm not personally affected by it, but I'll admit that I feel bad for his friends and his family. Media is media, and they will publicize what they will publicize. If something is sad, people will feel sad. I however, don't feel like feeling sad all the time, and thus I'm not going to go out of my way to search up every person who ever died in a car accident. That doesn't mean someone can't feel bad if an actor they happened to like died in a car accident. The same guys for someone skimming through headlines. "If you're not going to RIP everyone who dies in a car accident, then you shouldn't be RIPing anyone who dies in a car accident." is some damn backwards logic.

tl;dr: I have no real connection to Walker, but he sure sounded like a better guy than you. Get off your twisted fucking high horse.

Oh and OP, if you're gonna make a thread, follow the News board rules. Include some sort of information and link it to a trustworthy source with more information. You're not excused from that for any reason, it applies to all threads on this board.

The really fucked up thing is that he was alive after the crash. The car was on fire and people were around, they were saying "is anybody in there?" and he was responding, they were just too afraid to get him. It's ironic because they were all scared of the car exploding, which cars very rarely do. It's just because of movies like Fast and Furious that teaches us how every single car explodes into a flaming wreck.

Sad.

>>1 I'm in a bad mood so don't take this personally but are you fucking kidding me OP? What the hell is this shit post? What made you think "R.I.P Paul Walker :(" was a good enough to pass as a news thread? Did you even bother to look at the other threads on this board? Do you see how hey have AT LEAST ONE LINK and AT LEAST A FOUR SENTENCE PARAGRAPH? I understand if you're new so like I said, dont take it personally, but you could have at least taken a hint just from looking around. Please don't let this discourage you from posting news in the future. We appreciate what you do here just.. try to make it a little more interesting.

>>2 Are you even listening to yourself? You're fucking serious? What, do you really want us to fill every newspaper and news website with the deaths of hundereds of people that die every second? Or do you just not want any of us to give a shit about the people who die? But you want to know something? This guy does get "extra-special rights". Why? Becuase he WAS FAMOUS. The more fame, the more people care. Michael Jackson over-doses and dies, the world mourns. People all over the world dance his dances, sing his songs, and come together in crowds of hundereds, thousands even, to say goodbye to this one man. Not even Jesus got this much of a sending. Some drug addict somewhere takes a little too much and over-doses, maybe one or two people will mourn; MAYBE. The world goes on, unaware of this persons existance. Being famous has a lot to do with it and sadly enough, thats the way the world works.

I hate to say this and make light of his death but I feel like he died a very ironic death. He was most famous in his acting career for racing cars at top speeds in dangerous situations and supposedly putting his life on the line for racing. Now in real life he dies in a car accident. Its sad.

I'm so sad, it was on the way to a charity event with his friend who also died, so tragic and saddening TT~TT

No offense to those who cared, but from the moment I heard, I didn't actually feel anything. It's mainly because I didn't care for him as an actor.

Sad a person died, but that's it to me. A great actor in my eyes didn't die. To me, a mediocre actor in a strong of overrated, over-hyped movies, much like a COD series, but for the big screen, died.

To those who did care, I apologize.

>>17 I don't think the acting was the reason why people were sad. He was also majorly known for the large amounts of charity work he performed. In general, he actually avoided the spotlight and instead used his B-grade fame to help others. I am not a fan of his movies, I am a fan of what he did as a person.

Eh, doesn't change my opinion of the guy himself dying. A person in general dying? Sure. him by name, himself...I don't.
