LAX Shooting (19)

1 Name: Valen : 2013-11-02 00:07 ID:ISc2puPk [Del]

Just this morning in Southern California at the LAX Airport, there was a suicidal shooting. One man was killed and six were injured before police managed to track the suspect down.
Guys, is it me, or has there been a rising trend in violence lately? I hope we can help. Help make our neighboring society much more caring and accepting.

There's a conspiracy to have people become unhinged and use guns so they can ban guns from u.s. soil

>>4 Please, please, please let you be joking.

Anyway, have an LA Times article on it.

It seems the guy was only after airport security. At one point he even stopped a tourist and asked them if they worked for the airport; when the tourist said no, the shooter left him unharmed. It's sad that this is not even uncommon anymore; something drastic needs to start being done. I'm not saying ban all guns immediately, just at least put in heavy restrictions onto just how easily anybody can get a semi automatic rifle, for example. What America is trying now is as close as a metaphor can get to being literal by fighting fire with fire. It's ridiculous, Armagard I think? Look it up if you have questions about what I meant.

Hrmm, actually, can't seem to find anything on Armaguard now. Both New York and New Jersey (and maybe more) are considering placing armed guards outside places like schools in order to protect the students, New Jersey is thinking about making said guards volunteers. That is the kind of stuff I am talking about

>>4>>5 I believe that there are false flag attacks that have agendas, so I wouldn't doubt if some of the shootings were false flags, but this is not one.

This is strange. About a couple months ago there was a similar incident in China, either Beijing or Shanghai. There was a man who had been protesting corruption among Police Officers in China for about 10 years at the same airport because ten years earlier he'd been wrongfully assaulted by police. He'd been protesting peacefully but then he finally snapped and brought bombs to the airport starting a pseudo terrorist attack, but weirdly he told most civilians to stay away from him. After the attack no one was really harmed save the guy who started it. I'm not really sure what happened to him afterwards but I know he's still alive.

Saw a report about this on the news. You can't have an opinion, government or law that someone will disagree with in a country where anyone can buy a gun.

>>9 What do you mean?

>>9 Because someone's going to disagree with you or your opinion and get carried away. People who get too enthusiastic or radical with their opinions + easy access to weaponry = a lot of pain for everyone.

>>11 So what you're saying...is that we should all own guns to protect ourselves?

I agree with you 100%

Good, good.

Also it looks like the shooter is now recovering from intensive care in hospital.

>>13 retard, we need gun control. Y'know like getting a psych evaluation before you get a gun so no CRAZY people get them. That would solve the MAJORITY if not ALL of our problems with guns being used to kill innocent people.

>>16 Clearly you are the one that is retarded; I was the one saying that.

Good reading tho

>>16 Also, even though this should be on the Gun Laws Debate Thread; no, that would not solve many problems. A lot of the people who end up doing mass shootings show very little signs of psychotic behaviour before hand. It's because they let it build up silently rather than expressing it in minor ways. If anything a basic psyche check for a gun licence would solve around 15% of the problems suffered with it.

>>18 Preach it; also it's not that hard to pass a psyche check if you know what you're doing.
