So as most people know, for many other gangs the entrance 'ceremony' is to steal a car. Well, recently, there was 5 gang newbies who were to steal a brand Cadillac to get in the gang.
On May,10, 2013 at 6:45 p.m., when the boys tried to break into the car, the car alarm went off and a woman came out of her house and shot all the boys but only 2 died. The other three were sent to the hospital and soon after arrested.
So a large question that was thrown around after the scene, "Should this incident contribute to the testimony of gun control laws?" Why or why not?
