A 78-year-old man tied a dog named Banjo on train tracks in Mecca. The reason for this was because the family didn't want the dog. Banjo did not die thanks to a train engineer pulling the emergency brake to stop the train in time. The dog owner wasn't charged because of signs of mental confusion. Banjo is now waiting to be adopted.

I can't believe somebody would DO something like that! It was so cruel!! I read this and wanted to cry! Even with mental confusion, how could somebody have the gall to do this!?

Step 2: Find train tracks that are used frequently by trains.
Step 3: Get a rope.
Step 4: Go to the train tracks.
Step 5: Tie the dog to the tracks. Just do it (this is where the gall comes in: just do it).

Also, there are much, much worser things going on than this... You really shouldn't cry over this thing that only affects a dog you never knew nor cared about before you heard this story.
