>>61. No shit it's illegal. Hell, places that have the age of consent under 18 still consider nude pics of people at the age of consent child porn if they are not 18. Look at Puerto Rico.
2. I don't think it's all rape. I don't think it's all forced. I don't think it's all torture. CP is skewed to seem like this, when there is probably more consent going on the let on.
I will admit there are some children being forced to be sex slaves (look at Africa's black market for children slaves in general). But not all kids are being forced into the situation.
However, I will agree that I believe that most kids seem to be taken advantage of, but I have no proof to support my claim of them being taken advantage of since I don't have sex with kids or take naked pics of kids or know anyone that does have sex with kids or takes nude pics of kids.
>>7 I think you're at fault of child abuse if you force, via any means, the children to do so.
Thank [whatever deity] that he's away from those children and there is less chance of him abusing children now. I do not want children abused, nor do I approve of child porn, nor do I approve of taking advantage of children in any situation (sexual or not).
>>8 It's listed as "statutory rape", but that's not really rape. Rape is "any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person," while statutory rape is "sexual intercourse with a minor."
Just because the person is a minor, doesn't mean it's forced. I live in Wisconsin (part of the only nine states that has the age of consent set at 18), and I know there are a buncha horny teens 16-17 tryin' to fuck, with 18-20 year olds (and probably older) tryin' to get in that action. What is so bad about a 17 year-old and a 19 year-old having sex? Nothing. The only thing wrong with it is that it is illegal, and nothing more. Hell, most people don't even find a 17 and 19 year-old having immoral (granted they are not being a slut and only having one partner).
>>12 >>13Those punishments are WAY too far. You shouldn't die for your natural sexual urges (unless they including murdering the person for sexual gratification and/or(non-role-play) rape for sexual pleasure).
nerdy, death is way too far.
Flame, most prisons don't really try to shape you up. They are a scare static to try to get you to stop doing what you did, much like when your parents would spank you. You're afraid of the punishment; they are (supposed to be) afraid of the punishment.
If you believe they are mentally sick, then they should be sent to a mental institution to learn to keep their urges under control.
(If the rapist is a pedophile:) Just because they are locked up doesn't mean they want to do it with kids more; they just have no access to kids ('cept in their imaginations). They can still have the same amount of lust going in and out of prison. (BTW, you're mixing the signal between CP collectors and rapists. Which one should never see the light of day? both of them?)
Do you really think every single person in your town is terrified of one rapist? 2000 people+ against one person, and the 2000+ scarred of one person when the 2000+ have advantage of numbers.
What makes you in charge to say they should never see the light of day? We are not allowed to submit people under cruel and unusual punishments, and blocking the sunlight from one man's eyes is surely unusual, and seemingly cruel.
