Get this a 6 year old boy beats up a 220 pound gym teacher and sends him to therapy.

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/nyc-gym-teacher-claims-6-old-student-beat-195314203.html

That is some funny shit right there.

It's completely plausible. He can't legally hit 1. a minor, and 2. a student. If you're getting hit with no way to hit back, it's going to be pretty one-sided (no pun intended, and yes, the obvious is stated).

Unless that kid can throw a punch strong and fast enough to bring down brick walls, this is just bullshit, even if he couldn't hit back. A 6 year old being...what? 4 to possibly 5 feet tall, and a Gym teacher possibly being anywhere between the size of 100+ pounds and 5+6 feet tall and more knowledge on how to handle riled-up children?

Were he a Midget, this would seem highly plausible. But standing up alone defeats the ability for this kid to HARM him, let alone walking away. No kid is going to have a stride longer than most teachers, not counting the speed.

Kid got pissed, possibly slapped at him, tossed a few things and did the good-ol "temper tantrum", and this teacher felt the need to cry to anyone who'd listen.

>>4 Punches to the nose, throat, and testicles are still plausible, being extremely sensitive areas.

Still. This is more unlikely than it is likely.

>>6 I agree with you I don't believe it myself how a 6 year old beat up a giant gym teacher. But I really still think this is funny.

>>6 I definitely agree with you there, but I have seen a kid try to fight a teacher before just because he couldn't hit him back. Kids these days have no thought about anyone other than themselves.

I hospitalised my teacher when I was 7 I don't doubt this for a second.

This is possible. My mom works in an elementary school and when I have days off from school she often takes me there to help. I've seen my share of 6 year old brats that think they can do anything. Some kids have no fears of people bigger and stronger than them ether. In order to restrain a kid without hurting them you have to have 2 decently strong teachers. When you have to deal with a wild kid like this one alone, you're not going to get out without a few bruises at least. The sad fact is, teachers can not fight back without being accused of abuse, sued by the parents, put in jail, and losing their job.

Saw this on the local news two days ago.And while the teacher is big and strong, dxb is right, teschers cant fight back, and you ng children can be categorized as "not knowing any better" and being sent on their way with a slap on the wrist and a slight warning. It happened when we were in only 3rd grade.I can believe this story, trust me.

>>10 I tried to stable her his hand to my book and he went to the hospital for stitches and the stables pulled out. I had to move schools. It sounds awful but at the time it was kinda funny.

I saw a teacher who's thin and doesn't have much muscle hold back a couple of high school kids who were fighting. If a teacher can do that, then I'm pretty sure a big guy like this can hold back a 6 year old who's trying to hurt him.

Note that I said "hold back". That requires no violence and will cause no physical damage. If a teacher can get in trouble for just holding back a kid trying to hurt him, then society really is fucked up.

On top of that, he claimed the kid broken his ankle and knee. That kid must be the freaking hulk if he can do that to a grown man. Either that, or the dude was really brittle and it was going to happen any day.

I can understand a couple of bruises, a stapled hand, something being thrown, or even stabbed with scissors, but broken bones? That's highly unlikely. Unless that kid felt threatened and had some kind of adrenaline rush, the dude's lying.

Okay, so theoretical question. What if it wasn't a teacher? What if the kid attacked another student his age? Would the teacher be able to restrain him then?

21 Name: Crisis !JjfHYEcdHQ : 2012-10-07 00:56 ID:KLDJts77 [Del]

Nope. Even the teachers at my high school had instructions not to touch two students if they were fighting because parents could sue the school. They had to have one of the SRO officers handle it.

Okay, for the whole restraining thing, there was a fight at my school today, and the vice principal restrained the assailant by just simply holding his arms. A few minutes later another teacher took the kid to the SRO Officer by putting his hands behind his back. Weird part is, the vice principal is a fricken piece of paper.

The little kid came up behind the guy and kick "in" the back of his knee, it torn a tendon or something, it wasn't much of a fight.

>>34 There are occasionally fights at the corner of the street next to the school. There's an administrator who works at the head office who tries to "stop" it, but all he does is run around in that stupid little golf cart like a faggot. It's not like the fight was brutal either now that I think of it. Usually just two Mexicans that walk around each other talking shit until somebody gets smacked, and then they break it off. Just a couple of pussies I guess.

The only possible reason for this is that the boy is the son of Shizuo.
But seriously, it sounds pretty absurd, but I suppose weirder thing happen before.(maybe the man had a physical problem with him or something beforehand?)
