A tiny, loving family dog becomes the victim of a vicious attack and now an entire community wants to know what kind of people could do something like this. Investigators in the Adams County community of Manchester are in the process of putting together a case against the people involved in one of the most vicious animal abuse cases they can remember.

I didn't read the full article, but just from the description it sounds like some are sociopaths or just have strong sociopathic symptons. Stay away from people like that xD It's hard to get out of a nasty situation with them. Good luck.
