18 year-old Alyssa Bustamante killed 9 year old Elizibeth Olten in St. Martins, West of Jefferson City in 2009. >>2 According to her own statements and diary entry, it was just for teh lulz (I'm being serious). You always get more on your sentence when you kill a minor anyway.

What I don't like is that she could get parole. She's just crazy, and we don't need her out in the streets. Better yet, the y should have confined her to a mental institution.

Yeah, that sounds good, but idk. Weird feeling that we shouldn't silently judge her. True, she's crazy. True, she needs help, and a mental institute would be where she should be placed. However, its not enterchancable with an adult prison... hmm... which one do you think would benifit her more? She's not the victim, but she needs help...

eh..ive heard more depravedart before. This one person placedtape on a wall to be painted.so when the tape was.removed.it.woild.leave a certian pattern, then blew themselves and a group of people up to 'paint' the wall...only after stuffing the people with the 'paint' via forcefeed.

This was over 5-7 years ago though...but still was alot sicker than the current topic crime.

I've read this. You forgot the crucial part that she did for she wanted to experinece what it would be like to kill someone and she later wrote in her diary, "It felt amazing!" then she left for church...:/ I think this woman needs some help, not jail time.

...

people like this needs to receive the same punishment as the crime done. That is the justice for the deceased.

Holy Hades. The medication that chick was on...it can be pretty serious stuff. I had a friend who used it, and she said she stopped taking it because the idea of ruthless mass murder suddenly seemed amusing and almost appealing to her. That wasn't the only case I've heard of, either. Suicide or homicide...not a pleasant choice. I'm definitely not saying it applies to EVERY user by far...but this would be the fifth occasion I've heard of Prozac being linked to "homicidal tendencies". Kinda creepy. Just a bit.

On another note, this chick shouldn't even get a chance of parole. What she DOES need is some mental help. "Pretty enjoyable"...yeah. What a sad waste of lives.
