A student was under investigation for sexual assault on a school bus. The catch? It was a seven year old kid, and the "sexual assault" was him kicking a bully in the balls. What happened was, the bully had stolen his new gloves, and was choking him, so, as he should have done, he kick him in the family jewels.
Now, this first grader was probably in tears when he told his mom what had happened, so they went to the principal, to explain the situation.
The Principal called SOCIAL SERVICES, and it was labeled as sexual assault. The principal had said, "It doesn't matter who threw the first punch, this is a textbook example of sexual assault.... the instant I heard this, my head exploded. WHERE THE HELL HAS COMMON SENSE GONE? WHEN I WAS A KID, THAT'S HOW YOU DEAL WITH BULLIES, BUT WITH THIS SYSTEM, YOU'RE ONLY BEGGING FOR ANOTHER COLOMBINE!

Seriously? When I was a little kid, kicking in the balls was the way you handle bullies. stupid principal.

8 Name: whatsupdoc : 2011-12-05 11:03 ID:ee+eDYlL [Del]

thats so messed up i cant believe that they actually accused a 7 year old kid of sexual assult because he defended himself while being choked!! the way i see it when dealing with bullies there three ways to handle it 1: tell someone like an adult 2: kick him in the nuts 3: get a karate master to kick him in the nuts for u

"Lynch, who will meet with school officials on Monday, said that the other boy should be charged with attempted murder for choking her son."

Nice retaliation, mom. Best case scenario is that both charges will be dropped once they realize they're both legitimate in the stupidest of ways.

the simple fact is people are looking for money at every corrner even if it means acusing a 7 year old c
hild to be fully honest that kid di the right thing the parents should be greatful he didn't kill the kid or they would be facing some pretty heavy charges for their son kids now a days are spawns of coruption and they dont even realize they hold even more potential than any other generation

it's the fucking American "oh, we dont like violence and sex and blablablablabla" i bet you anything the only reason they're doing this is to help reduce violence as a whole by showing that no one is exempt from the law. this is bullshit because a)it is self defense, and he didn't actually kill the bully and b) they are fucking 7. they don't know all the laws and rights they have. that's what school's for.

ok, and i just read on the news that a 9 year old black kid was suspended for 2 days because he called his teacher "cute".
He's 9 years old. and he got suspended for "sexual harrasment"
its not like he tried to go up and grab whatever he could reach.
it didn't say how old the woman was.

Agreed, common sense seems to be lacking these days. When I become a teacher hopefully I'll be able to bring a little common sense to whatever school I work at.

23 Name: kadori : 2011-12-05 19:25 ID:KTd3nNHw [Del]

thank you what is going on with people the bullys deserve it for hurting the kid it should be a charge of assault since the bully choked the kid the kid is not at fault

24 Name: Azurei : 2011-12-06 04:32 ID:YCqRB2n8 [Del]

No wonder bullies are getting so brazen. If you can't bag someone who's ATTACKING YOU, what do you have left?

I would kick that principal in the balls too. He's got no brains at all. If someone was choking you, then of course you'd have to fight back at least. Self-defense. THEY'RE 7 YEARS OLD FOR GOODNESS SAKE.

29 Name: Mr.1der : 2011-12-06 12:17 ID:GpRrcIAB [Del]

That is some bull, what the fuck, they are only in first fucking grade, That principal needs to have his ass and balls kicked

34 Name: Anon : 2011-12-06 19:47 ID:pOtLNsJT [Del]

This is just
wow
I'm losing faith in society.

35 Name: Ta-kun : 2011-12-06 19:59 ID:S5LquiZc [Del]

Hell i use to kick people in the balls when i got in to fights just so i could see them cry like the little bitch the were. I was the victem of bullying when i was younger.

36 Name: Dioleag!wYygCyWbiI : 2011-12-06 20:07 ID:VdJ+5evo [Del]

This is why I have so much resentment for society as a whole. There are those who want bulling to stop, but when something like this happens, they punish the child that was just defending himself. Kudos for the kid fighting back and freeing himself. I wish I had done the same when I was bullied in school.

37 Name: Parsons : 2011-12-07 04:27 ID:qdXAQSu9 [Del]

When u break it down its all over money, its like nobody cares about other ppl anymore.. bet my son won't do the same thing in that situation

38 Name: Charon : 2011-12-08 03:20 ID:HRDABb0q [Del]

That's just insane. This bullying is labeled the wrong way. It would be sexual assault if he did it on purpose, but he did it for self-protection. What the hell was going on in that principals mind?

39 Name: Ryuugan : 2011-12-08 14:12 ID:fQFqCKbF [Del]

Are society has finally fell apart. . .*sigh*.. . this world is gonna burn in its own fire. . . . . . .

Sexual assault..More like self-defense.
The kids mom should have just done the American thing and sue the school

43 Name: Mental !h5j7mIo4qI : 2011-12-10 06:10 ID:t6qDXVA3 [Del]

It was an act of self-defense. Does that poor excuse for a principal expect the kid to let the other guy continue to bully him? He had every right to kick him in the balls.
"Sexual assault" my ass... ಠ_ಠ

44 Name: The Doctor : 2011-12-10 12:23 ID:+YzE9pUK [Del]

bump to get that damn chain letter off the page!

45 Name: Hiroku : 2011-12-10 12:28 ID:fDg0zY6W [Del]

Clean cut case of self-defense. Bully should be charged with theft and assault.

Bump that chain letter scares me!
