Not too long ago a young woman was three months pregnant. Her family was going to support her because she was homeless, then when the cops got violent towards the protesters she got kicked in the stomach and pepper-sprayed she found out days later that she had a miscarriage. She is currently getting lawyers for what has happened and there are files that say it was caused by the violent actions by the cops.

I read this. She wasn't doing anything wrong, in fact she was trying to get out of the way and the police and they took that as a reason to attack. They had no reason to hurt her in such a way. And yeah, during that whole time she was also homeless, but her family was going to support her while she would have the baby. I guess the father was a dead-beat.
