Someone I know said they saw something really huge fall from the sky, they figured it was a comet or falling star. They asked me to look up if their was anything on the news mentioning something like this but can't find anything.
Help me out? :D Seen anything like that?

Just another satellite, a lot of the world's space programs have been letting their old satellites fall recently. Most of them fall into the ocean.

i bet that person was stoned when he thought he seen it

yeah on the news they were saying that a satellite about the size of a car was falling to earth mabye he saw that

Not long ago at all. Just a day or two before I post this.

There was a meteor that will pass by earth and I think that's what you saw

yea. 2005yu55. its a meteor that will pass by again in 60-70 years, 2 years in a row. it passed by 18 months ago in april. its as large as an aircraft carrier, and got closer than the moon. it was 200,000 miles away from the earth. its the biggest thing to ever get that close.
