That is messed up. They are taking a fanbase and labelling it as a gang. Yes, there are some people wearing the facepaint and sporting certain logos who are involved in criminal activity, but this is profiling and it is going too far.

As an outsider I find it downright hilarious to call them a gang. But I doubt it really means much. The authorities still cannot persecute individuals in the groups without probable cause, so it's not like anything's going to change, really. And Juggalos have always had a social stigma, so is labeling them as a gang really going to make it any worse on them?

On another note, I think it'd be interesting to see the Dollars labelled as a "gang" by the FBI. While that's never gonna happen, it's interesting to think about.

I cringe just thinking that the FBI actually wasted their time with this. The more I think about it, the more flabbergasted I become.

sometimes this is what I think goes on in the FBI stations...
"hey everyone! forget about Casey Anthony and drug rings, there's a juggalo in the street! Hide the silver! For God's sake hide the children too!"

I duno... maybe the FBI is thinking pro-actively? But it's still very stupid, and a bit paranoid of them.

There are consequences to this decision however; mostly, now any Juggalo caught committing any felony is far more likely to get the max sentence for the crime and a new category of charges added to it, not to mention the increased scrutiny that they will be facing.

I know it's dumb, but this decision has serious consequences.

...That not judging a book by it's cover (sarcasm)...It's like back when everybody thought goth's were satanists. Although as soon as one person does something stupid it ruins it for everybody else.
Speaking of the Dollars being noted as a gang. I think it would be fairly interesting. We claim to be a gang for good anyways.
