The Anonymous hacked 25.000 files of the police in Austria!
These files were posted on twitter. The determination would be made to anonymous. But The Anonymous only said:Dear BVT! If you should ever find us then please do not forget to bring beer and pizza!

What is your opinion about the anonymous?

2 Name: Misuto!M4ZBq07Cs. : 2011-09-27 11:38 ID:cnlkfp1h [Del]

Meh. Old news. Anonymous managed to single-handedly make hacking attempts boring, to me.

Not gonna lie, I love these guys. I always find news about them amusing.

hmmm.. yea they also hacked and closed playstation network down because one of their own got banned for hacking in game and i guess they got pissed, and now i heard they're thinking of hacking facebook

5 Name: ame : 2011-09-27 20:30 ID:VMMhnpKW [Del]

hearing news like this always amuses me.

6 Name: Tai : 2011-09-27 21:12 ID:nN5i+VmV [Del]

Hmm... Honestly I find this group... amusing... but a little childish to. No need to offend people but they are kinda childish in ways... but like I said I find them amusing!

They are a twisted version of the laughing man

but the laughing man is cool

Yes that's why I added the twisted part

10 Name: The Doctor : 2011-09-28 10:21 ID:+YzE9pUK [Del]

Yeah, the idea of them sounds neat, but they fail to meet the expectations of wearing the guy fox mask. Last I heard of them, they were protesting Scientology, and demanding Katie Holmes be freed.... that's kinda weak. If they truly want to change anything, they have to kick it up a notch.

11 Name: Lt. Dodger : 2011-09-28 14:50 ID:SZhcW3Zb [Del]

>>10 As if they actually take it seriously though, lol. Most of them just do it for the lulz.

it is funny. they also amuse me, even though hacking playstation for a reason so trivial seems imature. i wish i had their skill though, not gunna lie lol

not gonna read the other comments cuz i know they will only change my opinion, whether a little or a lot @_@, but i think they're epic and awsum. I mean, who knows what the government is actually keeping from us. We the people, right? I know this is Austria, but still. It happens in EVERY COUNTRY. two claps for Anon

16 Name: Kikkuri : 2011-09-30 09:33 ID:ubHZgRhl [Del]

I laughed at their reason for hacking. And I'm Austrian. Something about wanting to prove how unsecurely data is being organized. Well, we're in Austria, for frick's sake!
Still, I don't really mind them. And I look forward to their facebook-plan. (Although it IS in a sense childish - keep going.)

thanks to many 'look were dollars and do good deeds'missions i dont think we can keep that up at some locations, but do you really believe anonymus would care a shit about posotive-postit-spreading online gang?

i've got a few good friends who make up part anonymous. most of anonymous isn't actually responsible for what all of the news is saying, though.

Medical attention, no. A reality check, possibly.

It isn't a bad ideal to have, but like all ideals, it should be personal and not fronted on others. Some of us are here for enjoyment, and around when others need us - not all of us actively find charities to participate in, but of those people, not all of them shun the idea either.

I say, if there is any government out there that could "buy" them, the said government would have just acquired an interesting potential cyberwar unit.

(But that would be basically impossible anyways.
Oh, and sorry if my opinion is distasteful and etc.)

Some of the things anonymous have done

-hit a huge blow to Scientology in 4 years in what took others 20 years to accomplish
-organized successful protests and taught the common people in the middle east how to make a successful raid against there corrupt governments
-prevented the law from banding cellphone reception in the subways of NY
-posted thousands of top secret documents that governments have tried to keep secret for years

They are a powerful group, and they do WHATEVER they want. It doesn't mater if it's for the greater good or just so they can get a kick off it; they just do it because they can and they want to. Even though they have no set rules amongst themselves they do seem to follow one belief that they all support; and that is the absolute "free flow" of information. They never stand by when they see that someone is hiding something from the world.

They are both powerful and dangerous, but everyone should take a good look at them and see what there really proving. And that is that when people ban together for a common goal, they will triumph no mater what. I wish we had more people like that.

>>43 Goverment files? Really? Wow...wish I had heard about this. I always feel like the government is hiding something big from people...but then again I've just been called paranoid. Anyways...any of those files still up or does anyone know what they were on?

Ok on a general perspective this is pretty interesting...though I'm not to into the group itself, as hacking isn't right, and is definately illegal when it comes to government type things. Though really they have a point in wanting free flow of information...we the people have a right to know some of the things their hidding, don't we? It's a line that's hard to tell where it's drawn...it's like trolls have drawn fake lines all over the place so you don't know where the real one is anymore. It's hard to tell if what their doing is right or wrong...I guess it all depends on your personal beliefs. I don't have any hacking skills, and I don't plan on developing them, but hey glad someone is trying to enlighten others of things that should be taken are of one way or another.

Also to whever was saying they would pose a threat to the Dollars, I don't see why they would pose a threat to the Dollars...unless they wanted to shut us down or track members down for shits and giggles, but really what would be the purpose? The Dollars aren't flashy like others...Anonymous is one that seems to want to be known so that way their efforts are noticed more. Look at them...they've been featured on news reports because of what they've down and how noticed they've become. But that's not us. Besides we aren't doing anything to provoke them or attack them, so unless someone decided to just be a troll, I don't see them bothering us as long as we don't start trying to go into the same area as they are or getting in their way.

But that could just be me. ^_^

This is actually the first time I've heard of Anonymous, and to be honest, it seems quite amazing. Being able to give the people the information that's hidden from them by those as powerful as the government is quite something.
And to those who think they may want to go after the Dollars, why would they want to? We aren't hiding anything or doing anything bad to people, so I don't see why they would even give us a second glance.

Tired of seeing more people you cant talk to cause you dont know them, or ya know you wanted to be apart of something bigger somehow.. Something that goes past creed race and blood. I think the concept of this is actually really intersting. It almost seems like some plot to a crazy show or something. Hmm I'm to sure if im for or against there I dont really think there good or bad just interesting. It makes you think though what would you do if you could be part of something like that. Personally I would want to do something that nobody would ever forget! However I think this is just the start of online virtual groups I think its only getting more interesting from here on out!

I disagree with the actions of Anonymous. They are nothing more then a group of criminals who act like they can do whatever they want. There is an extensive amount of information that should not ever come into the hands of the common public. One can not understand information in its entirety if one has not experienced the information. For one to experience information makes one apart of the information. Because of this, there is information that would do more harm then good in the hands of "outsiders." As for Anonymous, they are hypocrites, right down to their name. They want to be anonymous, but give themselves a name and boast about their accomplishments. They are not anonymous. They try to expose the truth of corruption, misdeeds, illegal actions, etc. Yet in doing so, they too commit crimes. Anonymous is an unnecessary group looking for entertainment at someone else's expense.

56 Name: rokkr : 2011-11-19 13:03 ID:4BQVkpTq [Del]

>>53, although some of anonymous' actions have not been good, some have been such as breaking up child pornography rings and dealing with corrupt buisnesses. But much like us, their community is formed from many individuals who basically do what they feel is right, just because one group does something wrong under the name of said group doesn't make the entire group bad.

>>63 it used to be for the fun of it, but now they are trying to change shit, anonymous works like this: someone says something to attack and defends their opinion, people counter give their counter opinions, if more people share the opinion to attack ..IT HAPPENS, thats why facebook attack didnt happen, more people were against it cuz it would have shut down communication of people who rely on facebook to communicate. Anonymous is not just hackers anymore..Its basically like dollars now, and 99 percent people who band together in hopes to get feel apart of something bigger, they both have more power though, but we are more hidden, and we communicate about a wider range of topics as dollars then those two groups, im sure others exist as well. And on that note nothing stops anyone from joining whatever and how many ever groups they associate with.

65 Name: Rokuro : 2011-11-23 14:58 ID:xWY7Icu2 [Del]

If you really think about it, there are probably a few members of Anonymous here in the Dollars. If so, then they would know what the Dollars were about, and they would see that there's really no point in hacking us. Even if they did, they'd have a bunch of ideas and opinions from total strangers.

66 Name: BarabiSama : 2011-11-24 07:37 ID:iYMJI285 [Del]

I'm not quite sure of my opinion of Anonymous. I really like what they stand for and what they do, but there are have been a few things they released that really aren't anyone's business, you know? I still like them, and I wish them luck, but I think they should be more respectful in certain situations.

>>65 You're probably right. I don't doubt that we have at least a few members here, as well. There would no point in hacking us anyway. It doesn't take much to find the password, and once you're in, you're in. Everything's on the boards.
