The total amount of radioactive substances released into the sea as a result of the crisis at the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant is believed to have been three times the initial estimate by the plant's operator, according to the Japan Atomic Energy Agency. A team led by senior researcher Takuya Kobayashi estimated the actual quantity at 15,000 terabecquerels, including substances in polluted water and substances released into the air that eventually fell into the sea. Tera means one trillion. The figure is more than triple the estimate by Tokyo Electric Power Co. Also, the new estimate does not include cesium-134, meaning the actual total could be even larger. source N.O.J. http://www.yomiuri.co.jp/dy/national/T110909005415.htm
Not sure about that, but expect giant crustations u cant eat or somethin else weird in the future. Personally Im wondering if we should expect human mutation. If were lucky we may get blessed with Catgirls.
Thyroid cancer is most likey. (ps if females get that theres high chance their feminity fades away) I'd like to become a superhero :D I live in sd, and apparently in 2.3 years, all stuff from japan will end up on our california shores. lol. u bet ill be there gathering suveniors!
Gosh. Why release it into the air? That will not solve problems. One day, someone should invent a way to get rid of radiation. I really hope my friends and the people living in Japan are okay.
