Scientists have witnessed for the first time a black hole actually swallowing a star. This black hole is in the Draco constellation, about 4 billion miles away from us (so no, don't start your propaganda about us getting killed by it too). NASA has released both a picture and a simulated video of both (picture is heading the article, Google the video; it's worth watching). We detected this when a satellite pointed at said black hole caught sight of jets released from the dying star, which is what lead us to discover what happened. Now, if white holes exist, whoever lives on the side of the universe that sun is getting shot out of is pretty much fucked. Let us respect their theoretical memory.

In other news, Libyan rebels are refusing Qaddafi's, continuing to fight and capturing more territory. As the pissed off citizens continue to move, victory is starting to seem imminent. Already controlling most of the country, including the capital, it's unforeseeable how Qaddafi could possibly win this battle. It seems like his fuzzy hat and himself are going to be run out of the country.
