Fullerton, California was where it took place. A man reported that someone was breaking into cars near Fullerton.
The cops drove by and saw a homeless man by the name of Thomas.
The cops say they tried to arrest Thomas but they say he resist arrest and broke two cops bones.
(Police sergeant stated that no bones were broken and the worse thing that happened to a officer was "soft tissue damage" on July 20th.)
So the six cops beat Thomas beyond recognition and tased him countless times.
Kelly Thomas, a child of Thomas kept screaming and crying to the cops to stop but they didn't.
Witneeses say he didn't resist at all.

He was beat so bad he had to be put on life support and after a about a week he was taken off the machines and died.

Little mistake: Kelly is actually Thomas and when he was getting beat he was screaming for his dad who is a a former sheriff deputy.

The werst thing is that my dad just helped a homeless man today and bought him his lunch /o/ yay fer food----he wuz a really naice guy, the homeless man, so this makehs me kinda a feared for him.
