I don't live in California, but I just came back from Anime Expo - and the 405 was my only means to get to LA from Costa Mesa (where I was staying with relatives).. And it's pretty bad traffic-wise who have never been to LA XD

Dude, I live in LA so this is nothing new to me. It's just another busy day driving down the freeway. Though, blocking off the freeway is going to get some people really pissed off, and traffic elsewhere is going to get worse too.
