I am currently in High school, more specifically Hollins high school in Florida, I am best friends with a girl that also goes there and recently she's been abused and raped by a kid in our grade, his name is Chris Tajeshwar(his last name is fucking shit), while he did those things, he said he was doing it for love since he liked my friend, but now it's full on creepy, he stalks her everyday and night to the point where she's paranoid, I've told his parents but they refuse to do anything and they don't want my friend to press charges even though she's trying right now, so please anyone, please help her out it would mean a lot

Since law won’t help, with all honesty, violence does. Even though I don’t encourage violence normally but since he is under 18, then the law won’t get back at him no matter what you do and no matter how many lawyers you hire. Best option is to hire someone or a group of strong people to beat him near death and get pictures of that to further blackmail him with. It seems unrealistic. Yes. But someone just has to do it for the sake of this young lady who got exploited by a creepy nasty disgusting monster.
