Not sure if you’re venting out or not, but murder isn’t always an option. Maybe you can beat him near death or give him a permanent life-long hindering disability and that is if he ACTUALLY wronged you in the worst way possible aka raped your mother, sister, girlfriend…etc. if it’s just for some random noise then eat with it or ring the doorbell and punch him after recording the noises as it could stand against you in court if he decides to file it against you in the future as you can simply say that you have an impulsive disorder and that was an impulsive reaction to the noise yet he rat at your fist by mistake😊😊
