I'm new here and I don't know how this works or if anyone is able to see this..could someone please explain how to change ur profile picture

It's a Bulletin Board System, so there are no profile pictures here. If you're talking about the unrelated drrr chat, you go to the login page ans the settings, then select a profile picture.
By the way, this board is for Missions. Technology would probably be the place for questions like this, okay? :)
