Finding the root cause of COVID-19 virus (9)

1 Name: GK : 2020-03-31 00:43 ID:GCN/L5aZ [Del]

Can everyone reading this tell whether they have seen people practicing quarantine sincerely or its all just set-up by media. We might be able to track down a solution to its spread.
Also please give your thoughts about how we can stop it from spreading so fast. I believe the solutions coming up from this mission might really change the world.

Well, uh, there are a lot of people who have work and so they can't quarantine, and there are also some people who choose not to self-isolate, but I do know of several people who have stayed in isolation.
Still, I don't know that many people, and there are billions of people in this world. So it's hard to tell. :)

Here in Argentina seems very serius, I'm staying at home for half a month already, and the economy is going to hell really fast. I guess the only real solution is to avoid spreading the virus, but many people doesn't care about it and doesn't keep themself isolated. They go out as nobody is happening, and later they cry cause they got infected. We must make aware the people we know about the risk, so we can help avoiding spread

when you think about it what is the fast way for diseases to spread is by touching other people and coughing sneezing so we should just try to keep our distance from people the best we can especially the younger or older people

I mean I’ve been stuck in quarantine for... Almost a month now.
The cases haven’t gone down at all though for my state

I guess we can't fight against a invisible enemy, so even if it's not working we don't have many options to help

Med student here. I want to tell you that Covid is a confirmed "droplet" virus, meaning it doesn't travel in air but rather sticking on surfaces. It's so hard to avoid picking up droplet germs because you touch everything. And people tend to touch their faces a lot without washing their hands properly -> virus got to your mouth and nose -> infected. If you are not trained in health care professions or don't practice proper medical hygiene, chances of getting Covid is highhh. You don't have to isolate yourself but the majority of people lack knowledge of how to control contamination, they tend to forget something that is crucial, so most people are at high risk. Social distancing is the best option right now to PREVENT Covid from spreading, but if people have good foundation on asepsis, going outside is ok. Just remember, we don't want anyone to expose themselves to the virus, or unintentionally got others sick because they didn't believe Covid is a thing.

ı thing the most effective way to spread the virüs is to stay at home if everyone does. I'm doing please do it too

Actually I have seen both types of people, some who practice the quarantining very seriously (mostly young people in my experience) and others, who either blatantly say they don't care, or worse, think it is necessary but still do whatever they want as if the knowledge they have of the virus will stop them from getting potentially infected and spreading it. Sadly the biggest part I saw is the latter one, not enough people practice it very seriously and that kinda makes me want to stop believing in humankind as always. I do hope things will get better in the end.
