What’s everybodies views on momo? I think anybody who would create something like this targeting children young enough to believe it are just plain sick. If anybody knows anything that would help get rid of this or spread awareness please do.

From what i've heard, it's an app that makes you do challenges and if you don't finish the challenges, you'll get spammed messages. I think the spams trigger the players to commit suicide. Idk bout you but this seems so sickening. It's all over our local news. It's just sad that someone uses someone's art for such a thing! I'm curious myself what it's all about but im not that stupid to get myself spammed.

I think it's a kind of hacker who gets info on you while you talk to him, and if you don't do what he says he can make this info public, I don't really know... But from what I know, he really plays with your mind, telling you horrible things or something like that, that can push you to suicide. A fake Momo tried to talk to me and I got really really scared but I blocked it and it was fine, but I think you have to call it first on an app to start the challenge, but then you can't really stop it.
Anyway that's horrible and I hope we could stop this thing

There are tons of momo accounts on Whatsapp app and it is one of the most used app here in my country. The case is still minimal over here but I think only time will tell.

it's a hoax mostly. none of the cases except for like one have been confirmed by authorities but of course parents freak out over it and so do the media. no need to worry about it.

It's fake, those who took their own lives are fools who proves how easily the new generation's mind can be manipulated.

Where I am, everyone says it was a senior prank, and that some hacker started putting Momo in videos with the backstory from the senior.

It's a hoax don't worry about it.
